She brings experience across government, nonprofit, and private-sector environments, with a focus on building partnerships, developing strategy, and moving complex initiatives from vision to execution. Previously, Amber served as a Project Manager for the City of Chicago, where she led cross-sector initiatives focused on economic mobility, workforce development, and housing stability. She also served as a Legislative Advisor for the State of Illinois, advising on policy across multiple state agencies. Today, Amber combines consulting, entrepreneurship, and real estate, providing strategic support to mission-driven organizations while building her real estate practice in Chicago. She holds a Master of Science in Public Health and brings a cross-sector perspective grounded in collaboration, strategy, and community impact.
